It’s time for another edition of the 15-DAY INTENSIVE SOURDOUGH WORKSHOP WITH SHIKHA SACHDEVA!
This workshop is everything you need to get started on your sourdough journey and master the art as you become part of this tight knit community.
Learn how to cultivate your own mother culture.
Your learning begins 10 days before the workshop sessions, wherein you will be guided to create your own mother culture via WhatsApp, pictures and audio messages and a zoom session...prior to the class, we will have two sessions on zoom to discuss the theory .
By the time you attend the workshop, you will have experienced making and understanding your mother culture, behaviour of wild yeast and that is the base to sourdough baking.
You will also experience how to feed and maintain different cultures and understand the importance of wild yeast and
it’s health benefits.
