SHIKHA SACHDEVA...ALSO KNOWN AS OCB
Obsessive compulsive baker was fascinated by baking since childhood. After graduating from home science college, she made perfect use of recipes collected from various resources and practiced them to perfection. Her learnings from exhaustive travels across the globe and a sudden move to lagos brought her in touch with many expatriate residents where she imbibed pan-continent bakes along with many other cuisines.
Shikha consciously encourages healthy baking while developing her curriculum and practices it too in her many creations. She is strictly against preservatives, added gluten, bread improvers etc, and advocates the use of alternative flours and grains in baking as well as meal planning. She has successfully substitued refined sugars with healthy options in many of her recipes.
To grow, transform and excel became her mantra and the humble home baker of cocoka, launched, only one of its kind studio in delhi and ncr, called the culinary courtyard.
